Bob Cahill Chief Executive Officer
Bob has over 20 years of management experience, including the last 13 years in the software and Internet field. Prior to joining CIDC in 2001, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for SmarterKids.com, an e-commerce company he took public and eventually merged into Excelligence Learning Corp. Bob has held financial positions in several other companies, including Gensym Corp and Ernst & Young LLP. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Bentley College and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
Tim Dent President & Chief Operating Officer
Tim has over 15 years of business and financial experience. Prior to joining CIDC in 2001, Tim served as the Controller for beFree, an Internet marketing company (acquired by ValueClick, Inc). In that role, he was responsible for building a financial department to support the company from its founding through its initial and secondary public offerings. Tim has held financial positions in several other companies and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tim holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
Jennifer Joyce Chief Marketing Officer
Jennifer oversees marketing operations for all of CIDC customers throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America. Her 65+ person marketing team speaks 15 different languages - with many speaking three or more languages fluently. She is responsible for affiliate, online and search marketing, in addition to successfully launching Pan-European mass media campaigns. Prior to joining CIDC in 2003, she was the Director of Marketing for Grand Circle Travel's River Cruises division. As a Senior Marketing Manager at Staples.com, Jennifer developed Staples' first online partnership marketing program, launching marketing programs with third-party partners. Jennifer holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
Mike Loftus Senior VP of Software Development
Mike provides people, product and process leadership to CIDC's growing software development organization. In addition to building and leading the software engineering organization, he actively hires and mentors staff and implements software development standards and practices. He consistently delivers reliable and scalable software solutions consistent with CIDC strategic and tactical product roadmaps. Mike is a seasoned software development executive with 25 years experience. Prior to joining CIDC in 2007, Mike led a 115-person multi-site, multi-discipline software engineering team for Computer Sciences Corporation where he managed a 5-year $60M CSC contract with the FAA's Air Traffic Management System. He has also held management roles with Ennovate Networks Inc., Technical Communications Corporation, GTE (now Verizon). Mike is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with a BS Degree in Physics / Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA Degree from Florida Institute of Technology.
Ed Kershenbaum Chief Technology Officer
Ed provides the technical voice in crafting CIDC's strategy. He is responsible for guiding the enterprise architectural vision, as well as driving the business intelligence initiative and overseeing the global gaming and e-commerce platform. Ed brings over 15 years experience building businesses in media, telecom, b2b services and design and imaging tools. Prior to joining CIDC in 2002, Ed served as CIO of WorkplaceIQ, web-based solutions provider for Fortune 500 clients. Earlier, Ed served as CTO at Eventory, and held positions at SNET (now AT&T East) and Gerber Scientific. Ed holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Computer Science from Connecticut State University.
