The Betclic Everest Group was founded in 2007. It is owned equally by the LOV Group and the Société des Bains de Mer.

Its four principal brands are BetClic, Bet-at-Home, Expekt and Everest Poker, covering all aspects of online sports betting, poker, casino and gaming for beginners to experts. The Betclic Everest Group is part of the world's largest online gaming group. The Betclic Everest Group has around 12 million customers, in more than 100 countries, operating in 25 different languages, each with their own dedicated customer support teams. It employs nearly 1,200 people mainly in Paris, London, Malta, Boston and Linz.
