Our Neighborhood
Just a bridge away from beautiful Boston, CIDC is located in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Cambridge is a multicultural city known for its educational excellence, historical significance, cultural offerings and eclectic mix of neighborhoods.
There is much to be discovered in our community. Just minutes from MIT and the wonders of Harvard Square, we are surrounded by a vibrant mix of restaurants, arts, culture, recreation and sports. With 12 museums, 250 restaurants ranging from sidewalk cafes to fine dining and many neighborhoods to stroll through, Cambridge opens its doors to all walks of life.
No matter which direction you travel, there is something to be found just outside our neighborhood. Within a few hours of Cambridge, there are picturesque mountains to the north, pristine beaches to the south, a developing waterfront to the east and numerous quintessential New England towns to the west.
Our corporate office is easily accessible by multiple means of transportation. Although walking and biking are common modes of travel throughout Cambridge and Boston, many of our employees take advantage of the Alewife train and bus terminal, across the street from our office. With its close proximity to major highway routes and free on-site parking, CIDC is ideal for commuters who prefer to drive to our office as well.
